履帶底盤的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是著地面積比車輪式大，所以著地壓強(qiáng)小；另外與路面粘著力較強(qiáng)，所能提供的驅(qū)動(dòng)力大。履帶底盤通過將環(huán)狀的循環(huán)履帶環(huán)繞在驅(qū)動(dòng)輪和一系列滾輪外側(cè)，使車輪不直接于地面接觸，而是通過循環(huán)履帶于地面發(fā)生作用，再通過驅(qū)動(dòng)輪帶動(dòng)履帶，實(shí)現(xiàn)車輪在履帶上的相對(duì)滾動(dòng)的同時(shí)，履帶在地面反復(fù)向前鋪設(shè)，從而帶動(dòng)底盤運(yùn)動(dòng)。

履帶式底盤一般采用仿坦克結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，即在底盤兩側(cè)布置一對(duì)帶有驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的雙履帶結(jié)構(gòu)。每個(gè)履帶機(jī)構(gòu)由一個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)輪，一個(gè)導(dǎo)輪和多個(gè)負(fù)重輪組成，通過安裝時(shí)的對(duì)輪系限位，將包在外側(cè)的履帶張緊，驅(qū)動(dòng)輪帶動(dòng)履帶相對(duì)車輪移動(dòng)，導(dǎo)輪限制履帶在運(yùn)動(dòng)中的位置，負(fù)重輪支承整個(gè)車體的重量。

本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)用于接收散裝顆粒。直接從大容量自卸卡車，以最高625m3/小時(shí)的給料速度（速度取決于物料密度）接收密度最大為1.6 t/m3的散裝顆粒，并直接運(yùn)輸?shù)揭粋�(gè)移動(dòng)粉碎設(shè)備、篩選設(shè)備或其他工藝設(shè)備。

This product is designed to receive bulk particles. Receicing the bulk particles which the maximum density is 1.6 t/m3, and in the max feending speed of 625 m3/h(the speed depends on the material density), and the bulk patrticles will be transported directly from large-capacity dump truck to a mobile crushing plant, screening equipment or other process equipment.

堆料裝置適用于各種塊狀、粒狀等松散物料堆場(chǎng)堆料。它包括：行走機(jī)構(gòu)；進(jìn)料裝置；皮帶機(jī)系統(tǒng)；臂架俯仰機(jī)構(gòu)；臂架旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)；液壓控制系統(tǒng)；司機(jī)室；配電系統(tǒng)（移動(dòng)式電站或電纜卷筒）等。
